Correcting the heading on a data view

1. Open the View Builder

2. Select the Field Wizard button.

3. Select the field to modify, i.e. Description/Description

4. Click the Field Properties tab

5. Correct the properties as desired.

  • Field= Description
  • Show = Show
  • Sort Order = (user preference entered)
  • Description = Item Description (This is the heading the user will view and export)
  • Lookup field = NO ENTRY IS MADE, FIELD SHOULD BE BLANK
  • Lookup Field = NO ENTRY IS MADE, FIELD SHOULD BE BLANK

6. Click the Save button
