Using wild cards with Fast Find in SMARTer Manager
When you are entering search information, there are two wildcard characters you can use — the
percent sign “%” and the underscore “_”.
The underscore will substitute for a single character in a specific position.
The percent sign is more of a global wildcard. It tells the system to search for any record that has the
character(s) that follow.
You can affect the results by entering characters either before or after the percent sign.
